Ideas for a More Human Tomorrow
Researcher. Author. Practitioner.
I study how artificial intelligence changes the decisions people make, the judgments they rely on, and the responsibilities they retain. My work brings together research, writing, and real-world experience to examine authority, accountability, alignment, and what should remain distinctly human as technology becomes more capable.
“Technology expands what we can do.
Human judgment determines
what we should do.”

A more human approach to an AI-shaped world.
More Human
Possibilities
Dr. Chelle Meadows is a researcher and author whose work examines artificial intelligence, decision-making, organizational alignment, and the enduring role of human judgment. Her perspective brings together academic research, professional experience, and a continuing interest in the questions that emerge as technology becomes more capable.
Her work focuses on how people and organizations make decisions when AI becomes part of the process, including questions of authority, accountability, alignment, and defensibility. Rather than treating AI as a purely technical problem, she studies the human structures, judgments, and responsibilities that surround its use.
Through research, writing, speaking, and real-world practice, Dr. Meadows works to make complex questions about artificial intelligence more understandable without reducing them to simple answers. Her work is grounded in the belief that technological progress matters most when it strengthens human judgment rather than replacing it.
